Taekwondo: My dream is to make it to the Olympics- Chidinma

Newly Crowned Korean Ambassador’s Cup Champion, Faith Chidinma (-48kg) has declared that her target is to represent Nigeria at the Paris 2024 Olympics Games.

Speaking with the Nigeria Taekwondo Federation Media team, the Abia state born player admitted that she has been putting everything in place to get her dream of fighting Taekwondo at the Olympics.

“I come into every championship not just to come and play but to win the competitions which will serve as a strong level of preparation for me to achieve my aim”.

“This KCCN Taekwondo Championship is gone, there are still some before the year runs out which I will try and participate in to keep me physically and mentally ready for the Africa Games which I will be hoping to win to get into the ranking slot for the Olympics”.

“I know it’s not going to be easy but with determination and hard work I will achieve it”.

The next upcoming event in the Taekwondo world is the North Central Taekwondo Championship next month.
